I decided to retire in my home city of North a bay then keep a couple properties outside the area in Canada as a long-term solution on a personal level

Goal first

Lock down a residence in the North Bay area on the lake then look at a long-term portfolio restructure & H.I.3 case legal resolution with North Bay Government & Police services & specific contacts 

Considering as an option yet may consider some property then other investments for my long-term local versus national & international portfolio

Purchasing a residence where I grew up in my birth city on the lake

A safe option 20 minutes outside of the city. Can gate, intercom & increase security then add renovations, marine & recreational options immediately

Socially I am a nice kind of compassionate nurturing person to all people regardless of factors & get in well with 95-98% of anyone yet with finances I all a cold, A-type borderline insane ruthless caculated nutcase that prides oneself on riding the roller coaster of global eneocmics strategically in a wreckless yet tactile effort to win spending minimal & gaining always even pennies on the dollar voiding interest in spending with a resourceful approach perspective preserving & maintaining minimalism 

I fight to convince myself to enjoy a different perspective in my separate private life of interests with private purchases 

A variety yet all items are a dollar value then the social - emotional aspect involved 

Legal - financial aspects are important. Every dollar account for & planned then high level security so I can chill as all conflict errupts from social - civil financial concerns in my life

I will be including screened social interests in my private life only strictly & not one person that operated at or with the one Ontario neurological technology lab between 1980's-2023 as I am retired living off my earned retirement pension with CIG & do not want to be bothered by anyone 

I likely won't be back in Western Canada or Montreal & even Toronto as I expect to enjoy my retirement where I grew up as a long-term effort personally

There will be no live in female partner. Live out & her separate portfolio of banking, residential property option then other so she cannot take me for anything with a third party person or group then we can decide time however we choose then strict rules for soil circles & security as is a high profile situation regardless 

Live out may spend time at my residence or a paid muse yet they will maintain their own separate to void financial trauma concern phenomenon
