While Nic was forcefully locked down by the one Ontario neurological technology lab cluster locations interests he was also undercover in efforts to search & find Nicole Sydney Bennett over an Ottawa threat lab

FINDINGS IN AUDIT 2022-2023

75% of the shelter clients were found to be knocked into different neurological technology networks & 25% of the staff as well while some deserve to be unmanned & monitored in a different way or unmanned - wirelessly monitored

Some were forcefully made to overdose while detention & execution or a combination of practices were administered to execute them while using the shelter, social assistance & homelessness to isolate, discredit & execute covertly using a "sleep test" & other excuses to justify harsh killings versus justified punishment

Innocent people died or are being tortured wirelessly & mistreated with restricted rights, revoked control of their bodies & no privacy as the labs can see through their eyes
