Middle class persons or couples & coupes with children: families tend to own their own home (although with a mortgage), own a car (although with a loan or lease), send their kids to college (although with student loans or scholarships), are saving for retirement, and have enough disposable savings to afford certain luxuries like dining out and vacations.
Basic Needs are met
Housing, transportation, communication, personal hygiene, food - nutrition, drink, laundry & seasonal clothing
Middle Class people enjoy a percentage of earned privilege
Afford luxuries above in all basic needs categories & other expanding to a percentage below a millionaire affluent or elite upper echelon lesson persons or couples & coupes with children: families
Upper Middle Class is the level before Millionaire Affluent
Anyone below this mark should be filtered through an educational Work Camp or Prison Camp if they are guilty of a crime before re-assimilation into Middle Class or higher society which benefits investors as they can afford to support investments rather than the impoverished poor which cannot
THE POOR - IMPOVERISHED
Often suffering from illness & disease or infection with inability to seek medical - dental basics
Incapable of spending money they do not have leaving them often turning to crime, illegal or fraudulent acts to survive
Often resulting in a vulnerable undereducated lifestyle & resentment towards those in other categories

Singular or communal living quarters in a micro-community should if allowed be nothing more than a temporary stepping stone from a Work - Education camp or a Work - Education camp setting stream before entering Middle Class as a social - financial safety net
The status of such is a micro-mask to void a larger growing problem that will only get worse in time deviding Rich from Poor rather than merging a system of Middle Class to Millionaire Affluency to Upper Echelon Elite
Homeless should be a criminal offence with new Education Work camps & Prison Work Camps established & a new Social - Financial system in place
Storage for a 1-2 bedroom apartment then small - safe quarters to live from with a work - study - life balance in the Education Work camps & Prison Work Camps which are financially sustained at a break even low or fair profit
Neurological Technology Strike potential if those within the Education Work camps & Prison Work Camps do not like a structured schedule training then for re-assimilation into the Middle Class public society with advanced security & practices

It was a day when I had to get to North Bay & area to complete a project & lab between 2008-2011 while living in Ottawa
I had a busy schedule
Studies, upgrade studies, different projects then time off to go cycling & snowboarding & back on between time aprons Ottawa with Jackie Keller the lady my then female spouse
It's dark & I am driving from Ottawa to North Bay & a large rock appears on the road. A roadslide had to have occurred
I swerved & my elbow smashed the driver side window
I then was given a ticket in an unmarked unlit construction zone for just above 10 km/hr on a downslope before going to the Ontario Hospital - North Bay Regional
I was informed Jacqueline Francis Keller used this against me stating I was a crazy person now
She with her two dNA brothers & insane step brother Jason with others in family would attempt to turn everyone on Jackie's side against me including my own family
You know... like I am nice about them despite in differences & similarities rare
Now when I, Dr Nic Bennett - Sydney Nicola Bennett am sober & alert driving under the road rules multi-tasking despite the H.I.3 Case & Jackie has substances in her body & she slept most of the way
Jackie is normal & I am crazy. She would have driven through the rock & tore the vehicle a new one I am guessing maybe
She is partial Red Neck so it remains to be seen yet I am crazy now
