A subpoena is a document from the court that orders you to come to court to testify in a case. 


Further criminal actions pertaining to the events the one Ontario neurological technology lab interests past & present are responsible for between 2012-2024 & prior to dating back before 1999 & between 1999-2011 includes now forceful action between August 2022-October 2023 & again between November 1, 2023 - January 18, 2023 forcing new to live & focus on what I did not want to while administering harsh detention & execution or a combination of practices leaving me to work 


Efforts in attempts to wirelessly  convert me using wireless neurological behavioural modification technology expecting to change my natural & sexuality against my will 


I, Dr Nic Bennett am 100% against every person that physically operated at or with the one Ontario neurological technology lab cluster between 1985-2024 regardless over my rights, body, overall life leaving you categorized within a group of just under 90 million people in which over 500 million connected to 2-5 plus billion are against globally 


I want everyone that operated at or with the one Ontario neurological technology lab doing this to my body pleading guilty in court for invading my privacy & for expressing their opinions from the responsible location in question against recorded & documented evidence alongside traced communication & with the wireless neurological technology equipment illegally connected to my body present 


I do not care as to who you are or who you are connected to. I, Dr Nic Bennett am pressing charges Internationally, suing for damages & expect criminal prosecution & right to crate, move & unman the equipment 


My main financial advisor Tatiana Bigarda & main legal representation Karen Fellici did not & do not include the opinions of anyone that physically entered the responsible location housing the wireless neurological technology equipment illegally connected to my body prior to 1999 & since 


ACCEPTABLE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION 


If any one person wanted to talk to me it's face to face or video chat both with security interests or precautions involved rather than through permanent or detachable wireless full body neurological technology equipment 


If neurological technology equipment was in the equation I had to consent with right to know who is at the location & equipment & as to who is connected daily & only in controlled environments


A Danielle C of North Bay, Ontario, Canada will not be facing criminal charges yet the variable involving him will be included in this area of the overall case review
